Registered Nurse – Acute Care – MedSurg

The role involves providing high-quality, safe patient care as a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities include supporting patient, family, and system needs while adhering to established practice models, standards, and ethics.
The RN collaborates with nurse managers and follows evidence-based practices supported by the Well Star Professional Practice Model and 5-Star Nursing standards.
Key duties encompass implementing policies, advocating for patients, and ensuring compliance with professional regulations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in Georgia or under eNLC; BLS certification required.
• Experience in direct patient care; national specialty certification is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, respond decisively to emergencies, and demonstrate critical thinking and time management skills.
