Registered Nurse – Acute Care – Medical

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care
- Medical, providing high-quality, safe patient care within an interdisciplinary team.

• Ensure personalized patient, family, and caregiver support in a clinical environment managed by Nurse Managers and leadership.
• Practice guided by the Well Star Professional Practice Model, 5-Star Nursing principles, evidence-based practices, and research.
• Maintain licensure and adhere to the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act, ANA standards, and ethical codes.
• Uphold patient voice, system policies, and support service excellence goals.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in Georgia or under the eNLC, with BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Experience with direct patient care; national certification in specialty areas is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings, respond to emergencies, and demonstrate critical thinking and time management skills.
