• Maintain turf, ornamental trees, and shrubs on homeowner properties.
• Apply fertilizer and weed control to clients’ lawns.
• Apply other lawn care applications such as mosquito, outdoor pest, fire ant control, fungicide treatments and disease and pest treatments on ornamental trees and shrubs.
• Organize production and service calls while maintaining customer relationships.
• Schedule vehicle maintenance, and refill tanks with appropriate chemicals.
• Drive company service vehicles on service routes and sell add-on services to existing clients while developing new customers.

• $1,600 bi‑weekly compensation plus full benefits (health, 401 k, paid time off, company phone, referral program).
• 4‑6 weeks initial training and ongoing weekly training sessions.
