• You’ll spend your day outdoors helping keep the community looking its best.
• You’ll play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming environment for residents.
• You’ll be part of a supportive team where hard work is noticed and valued.
• You’ll gain hands‑on experience and opportunities to grow into maintenance roles.

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Pick up trash and debris to keep the property neat and clean.
• Assist with cleaning breezeways, pressure washing, and light upkeep.
• Support the maintenance team with make‑ready and special projects.
• Provide excellent service to residents with a friendly, helpful attitude.

• Prior porter, janitorial, or landscaping experience preferred (but not required).
