Server, Server​/Wait Staff

Our busy restaurant is looking for servers with a friendly smile and a cheerful customer service attitude to set the tone for our guests to enjoy their dining experience with us. You will serve our guests in the restaurant by ensuring that they are seated promptly, their orders are taken, prepared, and served timely manner, and that tables are cleaned and ready for the next guests.

• Promptly seat guests when they arrive, take food and beverage orders, serve meals on time while accommodating any special requests.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials so that you can respond to client questions and provide recommendations.
• Attend all pre-shift and departmental meetings to improve communications and develop an understanding of products, services, and facilities.
• Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties.
• Receive proper payment from the guest and ensure the accuracy of the guest check and method of payment to protect both the customer and the restaurant from transaction errors.
• Applicant must take their job seriously and must show up on time.

• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills.
• Previous experience working in food service is preferred.
• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members.

Compensation: $3 - $5 hourly
