Our Sales Associate is the first point of contact for our customers, providing fast, friendly, and excellent customer service. They are subject‑matter experts who give accurate information and sell based on customer needs. They are also responsible for keeping the store clean and clutter‑free, restocking shelves, and staying updated on all new products offered.

• Act as the initial point of contact for customers, providing friendly and excellent service.
• Offer accurate product information and sell based on customer needs.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restock shelves, and stay informed about new products.

• High School diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum 18 years of age (some states require 21).
• Previous retail experience in a similar industry is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with products within our industry is a plus.
• A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
