Athleta is hiring a Retail Sales Associate (Early Morning) at Merchant's Walk. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, educating customers about products, and contributing to a best-in-class, omni-channel shopping experience.

As a Brand Associate, you are an integral part of the team and bring the brand to life for customers. You will engage customers, provide excellent service to build brand loyalty, educate about products, and inspire wardrobe choices. You will work with leadership to deliver an omni-channel customer experience.

• Consistently treat customers and colleagues with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs to promote brand loyalty.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Enhance the customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals that contribute to store goals and results.
• Support on the sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve issues and returns.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.

• Good communicator who can interact effectively with customers and teammates to meet goals.
• Customer-focused service provider who helps deliver an exceptional experience.
• Passionate about retail and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement; open to feedback and action.
• Flexible schedule availability, including holidays, evenings, overnight, and weekends.
• Able to utilize retail technology.
• Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 30 lbs.
