Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) (T1165) – Style Consultant (Part-time) at Target.

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.75 USD per hour.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs; support replenishment and guest requests.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and fulfillment.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and signing for clearance merchandising.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Assist with fulfillment and ensure merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service is returned to the salesfloor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up; comply with all applicable laws.
• Greet guests, assist with inquiries, and ensure guests feel welcome.
• Other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment as directed.
• Works well independently and with a team; resolves guest questions quickly.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; lift or move merchandise up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions; mobility required for scheduled shift duration.
