Spirit Halloween is seeking a store-lead with retail management experience to support staffing, setup, merchandising and teardown of a seasonal store in a dynamic holiday environment. You will help drive guest services, staff development, and merchandising execution to maximize sales and profitability.
The role requires flexibility in schedule, the ability to stand/walk 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
