This is a part‐time position. Must have the availability listed below:

• Monday - Friday: 7:30 am–2:30 pm AND/OR 2 pm–8:30 pm
• Saturday & Sunday: open availability
• Can work evenings and/or weekends as needed.
• Can commute reliably to Buckhead Atlanta.

• $14/hour + commission to start

• Sales & customer service
• Experience in a spa or health/wellness
• Proficiency in Mind Body Online and Axle CRM
• Knowledge of the science behind IR, Red Light Therapy and chromotherapy
• Being part of the innovative boutique health & fitness community

• Desire to positively contribute to our team‑oriented environment
• Enjoy helping our clients feel good by offering a health‑focused service
• Passionate about health and wellness
• Comfortable with the sales process both in‑person & over phone
• Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with all guests and team members
• Positive vibe, can‑do attitude

• Warmly greet customers by name
• Check guests in and give studio tours
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas & a studio membership
• Sell memberships & packages and earn commissions
• Use our software to manage appointments and make sales (Mind Body software experience is a plus!)
• Help support management by taking inventory or submitting Amazon orders
• Clean studio & individual sauna rooms between guests
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
• Check Prospr for any team communication and important updates
• Assist with administrative duties such as texting leads and membership assistance
