Part‑time position. Must have Monday‑Friday availability 7:30am‑2:30pm and/or 2pm‑8:30pm;
Saturday & Sunday open availability. Candidates willing to work evenings and/or weekends as needed are preferred.

$14/hour + commission to start. Free IR sauna membership and a partner can join for free.

Paid training hours, comfortable uniform (branded t‑shirt, black athletic pants/shorts, clean kicks). PTO benefits after 1 year for all hourly employees.

• Warmly greet customers by name.
• Check guests in and give studio tours.
• Promote the benefits of IR saunas & studio membership.
• Sell memberships & packages and earn commissions.
• Use software (Mind Body) to manage appointments and sales.
• Support management by taking inventory or submitting Amazon orders.
• Clean studio & individual sauna rooms between guests.
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area.
• Check Prospr for team communication and updates.
• Assist with administrative duties such as texting leads and membership assistance.

• Sales & customer service experience, preferably in a spa or wellness setting.
• Proficiency with Mind Body Online and Axle CRM.
• Knowledge of infrared, red‑light therapy, and chromotherapy.
• Comfortable with sales process both in‑person & over the phone.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and positive, can‑do attitude.
• Reliable, friendly, and radiate positive energy.
