What You’ll Do

As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will guide prospective buyers through the home buying journey from first visit to closing, creating an exceptional customer experience every step of the way. You will represent the Traton brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to helping customers find their perfect home.

• Welcome and engage prospective buyers; identify their needs and preferences
• Present Traton’s home options, community features, and incentives
• Build relationships through follow‑up, communication, and outstanding service
• Manage sales transactions and documentation with accuracy and care
• Collaborate with marketing, construction, and closing teams to ensure a smooth process

• Compensation: Base Salary + Commission!
