JAN-PRO is the leading provider in the Commercial Cleaning Industry. Our Atlanta based office is seeking aggressive Inside Sales professionals to join our Sales Team. You must be energetic, professional and comfortable in business-to-business sales. The job shift will be either 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm.
To be successful in this role requires meeting target outbound dialing goals (125+ daily) in strategically contacting assigned businesses within the target market, clearly communicating a solid value proposition, and scheduling first appointments for the outside sales team, as well as to gather contact information and develop brand awareness for future follow up. Must be professional, reliable, and willing to take direction while working as a member of a team, adhere to required calling, reporting in CRM, and follow up processes, while setting productive appointments, successfully responding to and overcoming objections, and gathering information.
The candidates must possess or demonstrate the ability to grow in a large expanding market. They must also have the ability to set sales appointments, track and maintain the customer lead throughout the sales cycle. Previous demonstrated and successful experience working as an Inside Sales Representative is a must.
Responsibilities- Meet target outbound dialing goals (125+ calls daily).
- Contact assigned businesses within the target market and communicate a clear value proposition.
- Schedule first appointments for the outside sales team and gather contact information for future follow up.
- Develop brand awareness and maintain lead information for ongoing follow up in CRM.
- Work as part of a team, follow up processes, and handle objections professionally.
- 2-3 years of related experience, calling into businesses.
- Excellent communication, organization, prospecting and follow-up skills.
- 2+ years of CRM sales experience.
- Must have previous demonstrated success as an Inside Sales Representative.
