Position Summary:
The Sales Support will work directly under the Director of Sales and Marketing to support sales and marketing efforts for 4 Mathnasium centers. They will work on projects to help drive lead generation and lead conversion for the centers.
Role:
- Relationship Builders:
- Build relationships with potential customers, parents, guardians, and students to sell the Mathnasium program and ensure exceptional customer service/satisfaction.
- Customer focused in order to overcome obstacles to selling the program.
- Customer Service Fanatics:
- Successfully sell the Mathnasium program, build relationships with leads, and achieve optimal customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer service issues and complaints effectively.
- Organized Administrators:
- Manage the sales process related to lead generation and lead-to-assessment conversion.
- Support in achieving strategic center business goals.
- Monitor and update all documentation related to sales and lead goals.

Mathnasium Sales Support associates should possess:
- Effective Communicators: Ability to clearly communicate the benefits of Mathnasium and differentiate it from other options via phone, email, and text.
- Passionate: Enjoy working with parents, understanding their needs, and conveying the effectiveness of the Mathnasium Method.
- Driven/Motivated: Determined to succeed and continually improve skills.
- Assertive/Confident: Confidently explain why the Mathnasium program works, appearing as math experts.
- Detail Oriented: Keep detailed notes and communicate progress effectively to team members.
Tasks Performed:
Lead Generation:
- Implement local marketing strategies including social media.
- Maintain and update the microsite with accurate information.
- Encourage online reviews and monitor online reputation.
- Partner with local schools and teachers to increase awareness.
- Research additional lead generation opportunities.
Lead Conversion:
- Respond promptly to inquiries via all communication channels.
- Provide excellent customer service and guide leads through the enrollment process.
- Utilize management software and the M-A-T-H model to optimize conversions.
- Promote assessments and special offers to motivate visits.
- Follow up with leads consistently and manage marketing campaigns effectively.
Additional Responsibilities:
May include marketing, social media management, and other sales-oriented tasks as directed by the Director of Sales and Marketing.
