H-Power Sales Representative – Modernization (Marietta)

Marietta, GA

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced H-Power Sales Representative to secure modernization contracts and build strong customer relationships, ensuring profitable outcomes and meeting annual revenue goals.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare H-Power modernization bids and execute campaign sales.
  • Determine customer needs and develop sales strategies to communicate TK Elevator’s H-Power modernization offerings.
  • Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers by scheduling sales calls, following up on leads, and using marketing strategies.
  • Build strong customer relationships; maintain market awareness of projects and competitors.
  • Present bids and explain cost factors, emphasizing construction, performance, durability and appearance of equipment and demonstrating technical knowledge of H‑Power features.
  • Conduct follow‑up on all proposals.
  • Upon acceptance, coordinate submittal packages through the approval process and create change orders as requested.
  • Visit project sites when necessary and work with operations to meet customer needs and deadlines.
  • Maintain familiarity with products by attending training classes and reviewing updates and supplier goods.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 1 year of business‑to‑business sales experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with proactive follow‑up skills.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Outstanding ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, team members and cross‑functional colleagues.
  • Excellent time management, organizational and presentation skills.
  • Salesforce experience (preferred).
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural or blueprint drawings (preferred).
