We’re growing and looking for a motivated Roofing Sales Representative to join our team! This role is perfect for a driven professional who enjoys building relationships, helping homeowners, and earning based on performance.

• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and provide solutions
• Follow up on leads
• Educate customers on roofing systems, materials, and processes
• Prepare estimates and guide clients through the project from start to finish
• Build long‑term relationships through excellent communication and service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset
• Comfortable working independently and in the field
• Roofing or construction experience is a plus (but not required)
• Reliable transportation and ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs
• Commission‑based pay with an expected earning range of $100,000+
