Job Description

Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Asbury Selling Process.

Build rapport with customers to generate referrals and establish a customer network.

Conduct test drives, present vehicle information, pricing, and incentives.

Close deals.

Training will be provided.

Maintain motivation to succeed.

Provide excellent customer service skills.

Create and maintain customer relationships.

Maintain professional business attire and appearance.

Be a self-starter and a great team player.
