LOUD Security Systems is seeking a commercial sales professional to support our continued growth in Video, fire alarm, access control, and integrated security solutions across commercial markets. This role is ideal for someone who prefers consultative selling—listening first, understanding the customer’s operation, and recommending the right solution for the long haul.
You’ll work directly with property managers, facilities teams, IT groups, and ownership, guiding them through system design, compliance considerations, and future expansion. Prior experience in life safety, low‑voltage, construction, HVAC or other related technical sales field is welcomed. What matters most is the ability to build trust, manage a sales process, and maintain long‑term client relationships.
This position offers uncapped commission earnings with no artificial limits, supported by high‑quality projects, a capable installation and service team, and meaningful performance bonuses. Strong producers are rewarded accordingly.
You’ll generate new opportunities while also being supported with company‑provided leads. From initial conversation through solution design, proposal, and close, you’ll own your pipeline and deliver systems that genuinely meet the customer’s needs—priced competitively and sold with integrity.
What You’ll Do- Prospect and develop new commercial accounts across North Georgia and Metro Atlanta
- Conduct on‑site assessments to design customized Video, Access Control, Fire, and Security solutions.
- Consult with customer teams & present proposals to decision makers.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions representing LOUD Security
- Maintain customer database accuracy and follow up consistently with prospects and customers
- 3+ years of B2B or commercial sales experience in a related field (HVAC, Fire, Security, etc.)
- Proven track record in closing mid‑to‑large‑scale commercial deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to manage a sales territory and work independently
- An understanding of electronic security, fire systems, access control, and CCTV solutions is a plus!
