The Comfort Consultant meets with customers in their homes, providing comprehensive HVAC replacement and upgrade comfort solutions that fit their lifestyles. The majority of our work is local in Cobb County, and we provide 1-on-1 hands on training for sales and installations.
PayBase + Commission, $120,000 - $220,000 + per year, potential annual earnings
Uncapped earning potential
ScheduleMonday through Friday with weekend appointment
HoursWork hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customers, presentation times and seasonality. The Comfort Consultant may regulate their own work hours accordingly.

- Professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offers the best solution to fit their needs
- Educating customers on HVAC equipment and in-door air quality products
- Clear and concise communication with company's customers and employees
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation process
- Hands on training on sales process and equipment
- Build long-term successful client relationships
- Going on sponsored events - golf tournaments, company tailgates, and other company sponsored marketing event
- Comfortable working directly with consumers in their homes
- 2+ years consultative sales experience
- In-home sales experience desired, we will train
- Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, climbing a 12 ladder and working in tight spaces (attics)
- Time management, organization, and presentation skills
- Sales pipeline management skills
- Strong interpersonal and follow up skills
- HVAC or similar industry experienced desired, not required
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
