As a Security Officer - Armed Dispatch Control Room in Marietta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor and manage access control systems, including verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel at the location.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all activities, incidents, and communications within the dispatch area.
• Coordinate communication between on-site personnel, emergency responders, and Allied Universal management as needed.
• Utilize surveillance systems and other monitoring tools to observe activity throughout the location and help to deter unauthorized actions.
• Support security-related operations by dispatching personnel to specific areas based on real-time information and requests.
• Remain alert to potential security-related risks or unusual activity and report findings according to procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement military or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Provide proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
