• Monitor and operate communication systems to coordinate security‑related activities throughout the location.
• Dispatch security personnel to various areas within the location as incidents and/or requests arise.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of all communications and incidents for accountability and reporting.
• Collaborate with on‑site personnel to provide customer service and address security‑related inquiries.
• Assist in implementing site‑specific policies and procedures related to security operations.
• Support emergency response efforts by coordinating with internal and external resources as needed.
• Help deter unauthorized activities by maintaining a visible presence through communication and dispatch operations.

• Minimum of three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security‑related experience, or a college degree.
• Armed guard card or license required.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Handcuff, pepper spray, and baton certifications preferred.
• Minimum age of 21 for armed roles.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screen in accordance with laws.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
