This is an armed and driving position where you will support operations by providing exceptional customer service and clear communication, all while contributing to a reliable and innovative team dedicated to putting people first.

What You'll Do
  • Operate as a dispatch professional, coordinating communication between security‑related personnel and responding teams within an aerospace and defense environment.
  • Monitor and document all incoming and outgoing calls, radio transmissions, and electronic communications relevant to security‑related operations at the location.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, visitor logs, and access control activities to help support site‑specific protocols.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established procedures and escalating as necessary.
  • Collaborate with on‑site personnel to help deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activities by promptly relaying information to appropriate teams.
  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by delivering clear information and guidance regarding site‑specific security‑related policies and procedures.
  • Support emergency response activities by dispatching appropriate personnel and resources as outlined in location‑specific protocols.
Minimum Requirements
  • Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security‑related experience or possess a college degree.
  • Possess an armed guard card or license.
  • Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Handcuff, pepper spray, and baton certifications are preferred.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
