This is an armed and driving post, where you will be responsible for conducting routine patrols, responding to incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first mindset.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate as a dispatcher by monitoring communications systems and coordinating responses to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Assist site personnel and visitors by following established security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Help deter unauthorized activity and/or access by maintaining awareness of site operations and monitoring entry and exit points.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with company and client site requirements.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support emergency response activities as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of site protocols and procedures relevant to the aerospace and defense location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of three years combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree is required.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Handcuffs, pepper spray, and baton are preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
