• Carry out armed patrols throughout the location, including regular and random checks of the premises and surrounding perimeter.
• Provide customer service by following security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and responding to inquiries and requests from personnel and visitors.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following established protocols.
• Assist in controlling access, verifying credentials, and monitoring entry and exit points to deter unauthorized access.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, potential hazards, or security incidents to management and client representatives as required.
• Support emergency response activities, including evacuations and other site‑specific protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter potential threats and promote a secure environment.

• Three years combined law enforcement, military, or security experience, or a college degree.
• An armed guard card or license.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• A valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy.
• Handcuffs, pepper spray, and baton certifications are preferred.
• At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Criminal history considered consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
• Participation in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
