• Monitor and coordinate all incoming and outgoing communications at the dispatch post to support security‑related operations.
• Dispatch security personnel to respond to incidents, alarms, and/or requests for assistance throughout the site.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of all dispatch activities, incidents, and communications for record‑keeping and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with onsite security teams and site management to relay crucial information and updates as needed.
• Respond to critical situations and incidents calmly, problem‑solving, and following established procedures and protocols.
• Assist with customer service by providing information and support to employees, visitors, and contractors as required.
• Follow site‑specific policies and procedures to deter unauthorized access or activities within the location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via radio, phone, or other electronic means to coordinate security‑related resources.

• Three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security experience, or a college degree.
• Armed guard card or license.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions).
• At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Background investigation as required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen, as permitted by law.
• Participation in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
