648 Earthworks LLC is looking for a skilled, safety-driven Heavy Equipment Operator to join our fast-growing Field Operations team. In this hands-on role, you'll operate bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and more across a variety of commercial construction projects. • Operate heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, and CTLs
• Read and interpret site plans, grade stakes, and survey markers
• Perform pre-operational inspections and report any mechanical issues
• Ensure accurate excavation, grading, and site prep
• Collaborate with site supervisors to execute project plans efficiently
• Perform manual labor as needed to support jobsite activities
• Maintain strict safety protocols and adhere to OSHA regulations
• Work overtime, nights, and weekends when required

• 3+ years of experience operating heavy equipment preferred
• Certification or proven proficiency in operating excavators, bulldozers, loaders
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
• Physically fit with the ability to sit, bend, stoop, squat, and lift
• Flexible, dependable, and team-oriented

Full-Time

Monday–Friday, with potential overtime, nights, and weekends; frequent travel required.

Onsite at various commercial job sites
