In this apprenticeship, you work alongside Senior & Journeyman Electricians to perform general electrical repair and services, emphasizing quality, efficiency, and adherence to all local and national codes.
Earning Potential: $45,000 – $55,000+ per year, plus industry‑leading benefits, PTO, 6 paid holidays, 401(k) with company match, and more.
Must pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities- Assist Senior Technicians with troubleshooting & diagnosing electrical problems accurately and efficiently.
- Learn to provide written and verbal recommendations on repairs/replacements.
- Master customer service skills.
- Perform repairs/replacement of electrical-related items such as:
- Light fixtures
- Switches / receptacles
- Circuit wiring
- Breakers & panel boards
- Electrical service metering equipment
- Routine maintenance inspections
- Access to crawl spaces, attics, and other building areas
- Use tools such as meters, power tools, hand tools, and ladders proficiently.
- Communicate regularly with Senior Technicians in an efficient manner while receiving on‑the‑job training toward becoming a Lead Technician.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High School Graduate or GED.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as an Apprentice/Helper Electrician in residential or light commercial settings.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing;
State Electrical license is a plus. - Fluent in English.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical materials, tools, and safety practices.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, on‑call rotation, and holidays as needed.
- Strong customer service, communication, presentation, time‑management, and planning skills.
- Computer literacy: smartphone, tablet, basic PC, email. Awareness of industry software is a plus.
