Working For SnappyOur Residential HVAC Service Technician in training position is full-time, year-round with guaranteed hours earning an hourly base pay plus a bonus structure providing additional earning potential. We are currently offering up to a $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS for qualified candidates!

- At least 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Relevant licenses and certifications a plus
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Hard working and motivated
- Full-time
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- HVAC: 3 years (Required)
- EPA Type II (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Required)
- On the road
Salary: $75,000 - $150,000 per year
