Experience

Required:

8–15 Years

We are seeking an experienced AV Superintendent to lead, install, and support high‑end residential and commercial AV projects. This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and confident managing both technical work and onsite teams.

• Lead and support AV installations from prewire to trim, startup, and final handoff.
• Perform deployment, configuration, and initial setup of AV/control systems such as:
• Crestron
• Control4
• RTI
• ElanG
• or similar systems
• Conduct service calls, diagnose issues, and troubleshoot integrated AV and network systems.
• Terminate audio, video, and network cables with precision and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot basic networking issues within AV environments.
• Install and support access control systems and/or security cameras.
• Provide leadership onsite, including training and guiding junior technicians.

• 8–15 years of professional Audio/Visual installation experience.
• Strong ability to lead job sites and work independently.
• Willingness to travel at least one week per month, including air travel.
• Comfortable working on tall ladders, lifts, and active construction environments.

• Experience with high‑end LED installations.
