• Perform complete bathroom remodel installations including wall systems, fixtures, and accessories.
• Utilize trade skills in carpentry, trim work, and light plumbing to complete high-quality installations.
• Follow established installation standards, ensuring all work meets company and customer expectations.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers and team members.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and respect the customer’s home.
• Accurately document project details, including photos and required paperwork.
• Manage tools, materials, and vehicle inventory to stay job-ready.
• Represent Palmetto Bath with professionalism and pride on every project.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in carpentry, construction, or remodeling
• Proficiency with tools and measurement equipment (tape measure, level, combination square, etc.)
• Basic plumbing experience required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Personal enclosed trailer and tools

• Active Georgia contractor’s license (strongly preferred)
• Bathroom or kitchen remodeling
• Finish or trim carpentry
• Flooring installation
• General residential construction
