Talent Consultants is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HVAC Manager to lead our Client's HVAC division. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

You will manage a team of HVAC technicians, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and coordinate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HVAC department, including staff management, scheduling, and project coordination.
  • Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians to ensure they perform high-quality work and adhere to safety standards.
  • Review project specifications and develop HVAC solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding HVAC systems and safety practices.
  • Manage budgets, project timelines, and resource allocation to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to assess performance and initiate repairs or upgrades as needed.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff to stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support project needs and enhance client relationships.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns related to HVAC services effectively.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in HVAC technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and maintenance practices.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HVAC software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Relevant HVAC certifications (e.g., EPA Certification, NATE Certification) are a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations as needed.
