At WMH Solutions, we're hiring a Senior Forklift Technician to lead advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and field service excellence across material handling and heavy equipment fleets.
This is a senior-level role for technicians who want more autonomy, influence, and long-term career growth - not just another wrench-turning job.
What You'll Do
* Diagnose and repair forklifts & material handling equipment
* Troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, sensors, controllers & motors
* Perform hydraulic repairs (hoses, pumps, valves, cylinders)
* Conduct & complete preventative maintenance and safety inspections
* Serve as a technical leader and mentor to junior technicians
* Communicate directly with customers on repairs and recommendations
* Are trusted with the hardest diagnostics
* Enjoy working independently in the field
* Want to mentor and raise the bar for other techs
* Are looking for long-term stability + advancement
This role is NOT entry-level.
️ Qualifications
* 5+ years as a forklift technician, diesel mechanic, or heavy equipment technician
* Strong electrical & hydraulic troubleshooting skills
* Ability to read schematics & wiring diagrams
* Valid driver's license
* ASE certification preferred (not required)
