Shift Foreman
Acts as a front‑line extension of the Shop Manager's authority in supervising technicians engaged in the repair and maintenance of equipment.
Responsibilities- Directly carry out supervisory responsibilities to effectively manage personnel, including training, planning, assigning work, and performance appraisal.
- Ensure all company and industry regulated policies, procedures, and practices are followed.
- Organize equipment, shop personnel, and workload to meet work requirements.
- Initiate and dispatch repair orders, schedule warranty work, and conduct lot checks as needed.
- Assist drivers with repair write‑ups as needed.
- Ensure regular maintenance and cleanliness of premises, and that tasks are completed efficiently, effectively, and safely.
- Responsible for the warranty part and core return process.
- Receive and carry out instructions and maintain regular, predictable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
