Position Highlights:
Schedule:
Full-time, 4-5 day work week, clinic open M-F 8am-5pmRequirements: MD/DO, Board Certification or Eligibility in Hematology and Medical Oncology required. Open to H1 visa candidates
Compensation:
Starting base salary $550,000 with a 3-year guarantee, uncapped wRVU productivity bonus, $108.58 per wRVUBonuses Offered:
Sign-on/Retention Bonus $75,000, Relocation Allowance up to $15,000, Student Loan Repayment up to $100,000 over 5 years, Final year Fellowship stipend $25,000
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive cancer care in an 80,000 square foot center offering radiation oncology, medical oncology, surgical oncology, neurosurgery, urology, and diagnostic imaging
Supervise APPs and participate in mentorship
Participate in cancer committee, breast program leadership, and accreditation processes
Facility Highlights:
NAPBC accredited cancer center focused on patient outcomes and quality care Offers interventional radiology, pathology, surgical oncology, PET, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, CT scan, and diagnostic imaging on-site, as well as laboratory services
Biweekly cancer tumor board and cancer committee meetings

EMR:
Mosaiq for outpatient, BOLT for inpatient, Meditech as the main system

Annual CME allowance of $5,000 with paid days to attend6 weeks of annual time off, front-loaded at the beginning of the fiscal year
