We are representing an industry leading Fortune 500 consumer products organization who is actively seeking a Site Finance Director/Controller due a recently announced transfer/promotion. This organization is a domestic leader in their space and pride themselves on an outstanding culture predicated on benefits, compensation, and employee satisfaction. The Site Finance Director/Controller will report to the VP/General Manager who is looking to begin the interview process ASAP.

POSITION

OVERVIEW

• Candidate will report to the General Manager and will have a strong working relationship with the Vice President of Finance (Divisional Controller) who owns $2.5B
• Responsible for leading department of 4 direct employees over $500M+ revenue campus
• Candidate will have accountability over the Cost, FP&A, and Reporting function
• Review and analyze plant inventory transactions
• Responsible for leading month end close process
• Analyzes financial data obtained through studies to determine effects of costs on business
• Provide executive leadership with detailed reports for use in making business decisions and controlling expenditures
• Participate in projects and support CFO, VP/GM, and Operations Leadership.

POSTION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field is required. Advanced degree/and or certification preferred (CPA, CMA, MBA, MSA, etc.)
• Candidate should have at least 3-5 years of Plant/Manufacturing based experience to demonstrate a solid "cost" background (BOM, absorption/inventory levels, variance analysis)
• Experience leading month end close process
• Targeting "Business Partner" with General Management/Operations (in context to "resource")

COMPENSATION

• $280k-$300k total compensation ( Base salary + bonus)
