Radiographer - Diagnostic Imaging - Flex ; biweekly

Overview

Staff Radiographer - Diagnostic Imaging - Flex 0.5 (40 hrs biweekly) – Marietta, OH. Flex-time position with duties in diagnostic radiography and related procedures.

• Perform radiographic exams utilizing scope of practice for medical imaging as defined by ARRT and ASRT and in compliance with Ohio Department of Health rules.
• Obtain diagnostic radiographs and administer contrast media related to specific diagnostic procedures.
• Assist licensed practitioners with fluoroscopic and specialized radiologic procedures, including sterile procedures.
• Ensure patient safety, assist with patient transportation, and maintain accurate patient documentation and care.
• Participate in the educational process of students in the School of Radiologic Technology.
• Maintain compliance in RQI and contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned or necessary to support the department.

• Current radiologic licensure from the State of Ohio Department of Health, or, if working in WV, WV license with ARRT registration.
• BLS certification required.
• Interpersonal and basic clerical skills and ability to follow instructions.
