A prominent and rapidly growing manufacturing organization seeks to hire a Plant Manager at their flagship production facility in the greater Parkersburg, WV area. Reporting to the President, this individual will strategically direct and develop functional leaders responsible for leading production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain for the site. This is a full‑time, direct‑hire opportunity.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations for the site. This includes production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and safety.
• Foster a collaborative, safety‑first culture throughout the site.
• Mentor and develop department managers and leaders.
• Develop, track, and inform decision‑making upon metrics/KPIs related to output, quality, cost, and on‑time delivery.
• Ensure production schedules are met to meet customer and business demands.
• Identify opportunities for Lean Manufacturing/CI implementation and implement changes to improve processes.
• Track and manage operational budget for the site.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Engineering, Operations, Business, etc.)
• 8+ years of progressive experience within industrial manufacturing environments and 4+ years within senior leadership capacities.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement with proven track record of implementing these methodologies to improve operational metrics.
• Experience in the manufacture of highly engineered products (machinery/equipment, vehicles, complex sub‑assemblies, etc.) strongly preferred.
