Full-Time Night Shift Nurse As the leaves change, it’s the perfect time to start a new chapter in your nursing career! Marietta Heights Post Acute is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated nurse to join our team on the full-time night shift.
If you have a passion for caring for others and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, we would love to have you on our team!
What You’ll Do:
Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
Document nursing care accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records.
Collaborate with STNAs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent resident care.
Respond to resident needs and emergencies throughout the night.
Promote resident safety, dignity, and comfort at all times.
Qualifications:
Current, valid RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio.
Experience in long-term care or post-acute care preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to care for others.
Dependability and commitment to providing excellent resident care.
