Dishwasher

Part‑time Dishwasher position (pay $12‑$14 per hour) located in Marietta, OH. Parkhurst Dining is a family‑owned company serving culinary, dining, and catering services to over 80 organizations. We value locally sourced ingredients and a “made from scratch” approach.

Responsible for thoroughly cleaning dishes, silverware, and other items in accordance with Parkhurst standards and procedures under strict sanitary conditions.

• Run dishes and silverware through dish machine following proper procedures.
• Clean and maintain certain equipment and areas as designated by management.
• Keep dish room clean at all times.
• Keep sufficient supply of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods.
• Clean dish machine after every meal.
• Sweep and mop dish room floor at the end of each day, and empty mop bucket.
• De‑lime the dish machine once a week.
• Scrub and soak all stained cups weekly.
• Exercise extreme precaution and carefully follow instructions and procedures when using chemicals.
• Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management, using “clean as you go” techniques.
• Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.
• Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
• Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards. Use Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• Assist fellow associates at every opportunity.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
