What You Will Do:
- Serve as D10 EIMS (Enterprise Information Management System) liaison.
- Develop highway operations cost analyses using EIMS.
- Plan and direct overall management of District annual consumable inventory physical counts and develop evaluation methods.
- Oversee reporting related to annual fleet equipment inventory certification.
- Monitor force account compliance, review final estimates, change orders, and related documentation, and submit to Central Office.

Applicants should have 12 months of training or experience in supervisory principles and techniques or management, including responsibility for developing work plans involving estimates of time, personnel, and equipment or materials required to complete projects. Additionally, applicants must meet one of the following criteria depending on the program projects assigned:
- For equipment maintenance & repair: 4 years of training or experience in equipment maintenance & repair, including safety practices and operating related equipment.
- For bridge maintenance & repair: 4 years of training or experience in bridge maintenance & repair, including safety practices and operating related equipment.
- For route marking: 4 years of training or experience in route marking, including safety practices and operating related equipment.
- For highway maintenance: 4 years of training or experience in highway maintenance, including safety practices and operating related equipment.
- For construction: 4 years of training or experience in construction, including safety practices and operating related equipment, or knowledge of equipment use on construction jobs.
- For roadway construction materials testing & control: 4 years of training or experience in materials testing & control, including safety practices and equipment operation, or knowledge of equipment use in materials testing.
Note:
If the position requires operating motorized equipment regulated by Ohio Revised Code Sections 4506.1, 4506.03 & 4506.12, a valid commercial driver license is required. A valid driver’s license is necessary if operating a state vehicle.
