Overview
The Karsh Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology is seeking a full-time Interventional Gastroenterologist to join our expanding team with a primary clinical base at Marina del Rey Hospital
, a community-based affiliate of the Cedars-Sinai Health System.
Position Overview:
- Deliver advanced endoscopic care with a focus on interventional gastroenterology, including ERCP, EUS, and management of complex gastrointestinal and pancreaticobiliary disorders.
- Play a key role in expanding interventional GI services at Marina del Rey Hospital, in close collaboration with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and referral networks that integrate community-based care with academic excellence.

Responsibilities- MD or equivalent with board certification in Gastroenterology.
- Unrestricted California Medical License.
- Medical Center Medical Staff membership eligibility.
- Advanced endoscopy fellowship training required (ERCP and EUS proficiency expected).
- Strong commitment to high-quality patient care in both elective and emergent settings.
- Interest in practice-building and integration of academic-level care in a community hospital environment.
- Academic appointment, commensurate with experience in teaching and research.
- 3 or more years of experience post-fellowship preferred.
Our compensation philosophy: We offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.

Pay Range: $419,373 - $851,469 total cash compensation.
