• Greet customers as they drive into the Service Drive.
• Assist the Service Advisors as needed throughout the greeting process.
• Offer the customer a complimentary evaluation of their vehicle.
• Be ready to help both the Sales and Service Departments in your down time.
• Maintain a friendly and efficient manner while answering Customer’s questions and providing general information.
• Adhere to Dealership Policy regarding the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts

• At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
• Team player attitude
• Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic personality
• Must have strong computer skills
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

The Service Drive Host has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $17.87 and $22.00. The position also pays a bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
