Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $18.75 USD per hour

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete your daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and provide knowledgeable information about tools, products, and services in the total store and area.
• Assist with returns and follow register prompts, partnering with leaders as needed to resolve guest concerns while following Target’s policies and procedures.
• Deliver easy and accurate service to all Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to guests.
• Support guest services such as order pick up (OPU), Drive-Up (DU) orders, and DU returns, including compliance with applicable laws.
• Support cash office processes as needed, including management of cash systems.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash transactions and support cash office operations as needed.
• Occasionally lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds; frequently lift up to 10 pounds.
• Flexibility to pick up shifts (nights, weekends, holidays) to meet store needs.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions; maintain mobility for scheduled shifts.
