Maintenance Technician II (Lightfighter-1476)
Full-time position for a Maintenance Technician II at Lightfighter, a 133-unit affordable family housing community in Marina, CA. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience and knowledge in plumbing, electrical and general maintenance. Position requires the Maintenance Technician to complete all janitorial duties. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Basic computer skills required.
Yardi Voyager is a plus. Salary range: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $ per hour, DOE. This position is within EAH Housing, a nonprofit organization focused on real estate development and management.

This position is for a full-time Maintenance Technician II to work at Lightfighter, a 133-unit affordable family housing community in Marina, CA. The role expects the technician to repair and maintain most items on a property without outside vendor assistance.
Responsibilities- All facets of lock and key replacement/repair, including weather stripping, door and window functioning and locks
- Performs all interior repairs related to walls and doors
- Electrical repairs including fixtures, lights, plugs and switches
- Changes AC filters, checks coils, cleans and repairs when necessary
- Performs annual unit inspections
- Ensures the turnover of units in 5 days
- 2+ years of related apartment maintenance experience
- Knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
- CADL, clean DMV and reliable transportation
- HVAC certification
