Retained- Director of Government Programs

We are searching for a Director to join a leading player in the defense industry, delivering complex maritime programs that support national security and naval readiness. As Program Director of Government Programs- you will play a critical role in overseeing large-scale government and defense-related initiatives, with a strong focus on Department of Defense (DoD) contracting.

The average compensation for this role ranges between $170,000-$220,000.

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
10 Years of project leadership experience in the shipbuilding industry or major defense industry required

Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar contracts from bid to delivery and experience with marine systems, including structural, outfitting, machinery, hydraulics, electrical, mechanical, electronics, HVAC, etc.
