Experience:
Proven experience providing compassionate, hands‑on care to seniors or individuals with disabilities in home settings. Skilled in assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. Experience with meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship. Familiar with supporting clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and post‑surgical recovery needs. Demonstrated ability to follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with family members, nurses, and agency staff.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (CNA certification preferred but not required). CPR and First Aid Certified. Valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation. Ability to lift and assist clients safely as needed. Knowledge of infection control, safety procedures, and proper use of mobility aids. Dependable, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining client dignity and independence.
