Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial operations, is seeking a MO II Stainless 2nd Shift to join their team. As a MO II Stainless 2nd Shift, you will be part of the Operations / Manufacturing / Materials / Administration department supporting production and workplace activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: MO II Stainless 2nd Shift
Location: Marinette, WI
Pay Range: $22.66
Shift: 2nd Shift (Hours from 3:15 pm to 1:45 am)
What's the Job?Perform general labor and assembly tasks, including component assembly and material handling
Assist materials operations by labeling shelving, gathering box data, and supporting PFEP initiatives
Support production activities such as printing, laminating, conducting basic time studies, and continuous improvement efforts
Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks using systems like SAP
Provide operational support to supervisors and value stream managers, ensuring safety and organization
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from high school, technical program, or college (preferred)
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team environment
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills
Basic computer skills; data entry experience is a plus
Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive motions
