The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Complete cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Provide peak coverage as needed, including special events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail or merchandising is required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Mostly indoor with moderate noise; outdoor work on hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, with travel between stores using personal vehicle.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is required.

• Travel as needed; push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 lbs with equipment; lift and reach overhead; stand, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
• Operate store equipment; handle merchandise up to 50 lbs; communicate effectively.
• Complete training and operate necessary equipment safely.
