Staffmark is hiring a Quality Inspector in Marion, AL, for a manufacturing partner that offers consistent schedules and built-in work-life balance. With a Monday-Thursday workweek, you'll have every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.

Available Shifts & Pay
1st Shift | Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Pay: $11.75/hour
2nd Shift | Monday - Thursday | 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM | Pay: $12.75/hour

Quality Inspector Responsibilities

• Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Monitor equipment operations and report issues as needed
• Lift, pack, and stack materials (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
• Maintain production and inventory documentation
• Follow production schedules and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 10+ hours per shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a warm manufacturing environment
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned schedule
