As a
Detail Specialist
, you’ll help bring vehicles back to life — making sure every car that leaves our lot shines like new. Your attention to detail and pride in your work will ensure every customer drives away happy.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Cleaning, waxing, polishing, and detailing vehicles (both new and pre-owned)

• Inspecting finished work to ensure the highest quality standards

• Following specific customer requests and delivering exceptional service

• Maintaining and caring for detailing tools and equipment

• Reporting any vehicle damage promptly and clearly

• Collaborating with teammates to ensure smooth operations

• Upholding Walt Massey’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
